Research published in the journal Cell Metabolism shows that these products are detrimental to male fertility. Over the last 50 years, sperm quality has plummeted as obesity has continued to grow. Even when not eaten in excess, ultra-processed foods expose us to higher levels of pollutants that harm our reproductive health.
New research reveals that the hormone fluctuations that occur during menopause can cause unwanted voice changes, like roughness and hoarseness. The researchers urge doctors to send women experiencing these symptoms to voice specialists instead of passing the unwanted changes off as normal. The research is published in the journal Menopause.
